I case of traumas, burns, poisonings, exacerbations of chronic diseases and other acute conditions:

• unlimited Clinic Physician and Nurse Consultation Services,

• unlimited specialists consultations as directed by a Clinic Physician,

• preventative check up (includes CBC, U/A, ALT/AST, and total cholesterol, glucose, BP taking, prostate exam),

• 24 hours all necessary diagnostics and tests (laboratory tests, x-rays, ultrasound procedures, radioisotope tests,cyclergometry, stress-test, echocardiography, holter monitoring, CT Scans and MRI procedures) as directed by Clinic physician,

• ambulatory procedures by staff physicians (ingrown toe-nail resection, skin lesion excision, suturing, I&D* of uncomplicated abscesses, liquid N2 therapy, joint aspiration/injection),

• consultations with Clinic gynecologists (diagnosis and treatment of acute GYN problems, diagnosis of pregnancy contraception and family planning counseling, yearly preventative gyn exam (includes Pap Smear for women 18-60 years old and mammogram for women > 45),

• pediatric care (diagnosis and treatment of acute problems, child preventive checks and consultations by staff pediatrician, vaccinations for appropriate age groups according to Russian/American schedule),

• influenza vaccinations for children and adults,

• emergency services in Clinic and at home 24 hours a day, seven days a week upon medical indications (scheduling of a home visit is subject to Clinic physician/ pediatrician and nurse availability),

• the initial clinical assessment visit to psychologist including drug and alcohol addicted,

• durable medical supplies (such as crutches, walkers, wheelchairs, and others) Clinic physician ordered supplies are fully covered; a cash deposit is required when the items are used at patient’s home,

• dental services (start from the age of 5 years):

  • one comprehensive examination per year,
  • emergency care (pain and local abscesses treatments),
  • x-rays as recommended by doctor,
  • one teeth cleaning per year,
  • four fillings (including root canal treatment if necessary) per year,

  • extractions upon medical indications,

• 24 hours ambulance services within Moscow plus up to 10 km from the Moscow Ring Road,

• hospital services are covered for a period of up to 5 days upon the discretion of the Clinic physician at Clinic facility or at a partner hospital. Covered services include physician and nurse consultations, routine nursing procedures, admitting laboratory tests, X-Rays, pre-admission testing, and I.V. Therapy. These services are covered in full only if medically indicated by a Clinic physician. All surgical procedures are excluded from the plan.
